As we enter the last month of the Variety Savings Calendar, here are a few important things to remember:
- The final Date to settle your Agency is the 1st November.
- Check with your customers that they still want the same gift vouchers/cards that they ordered at the beginning of the year (their circumstances might have changed during the year and so they may want to swap some of their order around). The final date for changes of orders is the 14th October.
- Thoroughly check your latest Statement of Accounts that you will be receiving shortly to ensure all is correct. It’s better for us to resolve any issues earlier rather than later.
- If any of your customers are behind with their savings schedule, check with them that they are able to settle their account by the 1st November, and inform us immediately if they cannot.
- Remember that if you have earned any commission, you can use this as part of your final payment to settle your Agency.
- The end of October is our busiest time of the year, and therefore contacting us by telephone may prove difficult during our normal working hours. However, we do extend our office hours at this busy time, so please try in the evenings and weekends too.
- Your new 2017 Agency packs are currently being prepared and will be with you by the end of November.
