Ingredients:
250ml (8fl oz) double cream
2 teaspoons icing sugar
50g (2oz) meringue (either bought or make yourself)
225g (8oz) mixed berries + extra to decorate
Method:
1. Whip the cream with the icing sugar to soft peaks
2. Crumble over the meringue and fold in gently
3. Mash the fruits together and gently stir into the cream and meringue mixture
4. Spoon into sundae dishes and decorate with fruit
